  • Red Wine Vinegar: ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil: ½ cup
  • Sweet Tomatoes: 2 cups, diced or pureed
  • Red Pepper Flakes: 1 teaspoon (or more for extra spice)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black Pepper: ½ teaspoon, freshly ground
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon (optional, for added sweetness)
