  • 1½ cups of semolina flour (or regular flour)
  • 2 oz chimichurri sauce
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1-1½ oz Grand Marnier Fig Preserves
  • -Prosciutto (or bresaola) - 4-6 slices
