Preparing the Pizza Pockets

  • Frozen Pizza Pockets: No preparation needed! Remove from the packaging and place them directly in the air fryer.
  • Homemade Pizza Pockets:
    1. Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles or circles.
    2. Sprinkle shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your favorite blend) over the sauce.
    3. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
    4. Optional: Brush with egg wash for a golden finish or sprinkle with Parmesan.
