Mini Breakfast Pizzas
- Whole wheat English muffins (halved)
- Scrambled eggs
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Diced bell peppers
- Turkey bacon or ham (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the English muffin halves on a baking tray.
- Spread scrambled eggs on each half.
- Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers, and turkey bacon or ham on top.
- Bake till golden & bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
