Mini Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • Whole wheat English muffins (halved)
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Turkey bacon or ham (optional)

Notes

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the English muffin halves on a baking tray.
  3. Spread scrambled eggs on each half.
  4. Sprinkle cheese, bell peppers, and turkey bacon or ham on top.
  5. Bake till golden & bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
