Quick Microwave Pizza
- Whole wheat tortilla or pita bread
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Favorite toppings (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
Method:
- Lay the tortilla or pita bread flat on a microwave-safe plate.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over it.
- Add shredded cheese and your favorite toppings.
- Melt the cheese to perfection by microwaving on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
