Tortilla Breakfast Pizza
- Whole wheat tortilla
- Scrambled eggs
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Sliced avocado
- Salsa
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread scrambled eggs over the tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and add sliced avocado and salsa.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
