Tortilla Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Sliced avocado
  • Salsa

Notes

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the tortilla on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread scrambled eggs over the tortilla.
  4. Add shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from the oven and add sliced avocado and salsa.
  7. Slice into wedges and serve.
