Veggie Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • Whole wheat flatbread or naan
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • Baby spinach leaves
  • Sliced mushrooms

Notes

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread tomato sauce over the flatbread.
  3. Add a vibrant layer of spinach, sliced tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve!
