- Whole wheat flatbread or naan
- Tomato Sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- Baby spinach leaves
- Sliced mushrooms
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread tomato sauce over the flatbread.
- Add a vibrant layer of spinach, sliced tomatoes, and sautéed mushrooms.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Slice and serve!
